• Wrapping up - Thoughts at the end of the U.S. Leg
    March 28, 2010 Steve Butterfield   6am Friday morning (March 26) came very…very…early. I, at least, had gotten four or so hours of sleep; unfortunately for some of my colleagues, they hadn’t gotten, um, well, any.
